I.E: Place + Supposed 'threat' ---> Certain thoughts and feelings of anxiety.
So i have to re-train my brain so that instead it's:
Place + Positive thoughts ---> No 'threat' of feelings of anxiety.
Basically this means putting myself in a lot of 'anxiety provoking' situations and dealing with them by staying put and using positive thoughts.
See this is going to take a lot of practice and re-enforcing, which means a lot of anxious situations which will be a very hard thing to do.
But theres a catch. . . It's going to take a lot of time and effort and not giving up and there is going to be a lot of hard work to be done with little to no visible results shown for a long time.
For me this is definately going to be a problem because last time i kept giving up because i wasn't seeing any results but now i have to keep trying even when i don't feel any different.
Basically a lot of hard work for a long time with no visible results for a long time. . .
This is gunna take a lot of patience. . .
